1)Before you start, know that it is not easy to produce wine at home in bulk for the starters.  The process of wine making needs to be well established and organized.<br />
2)To help prevent oxidation of homemade wine, wine bottle must be treated and cleaned with sulfites in the form of camden tablets copiously after the fermenting process<br />
3)When you make beverages in bulk quantities, it gives better results. However, larger volume of wine is less susceptible to changes in temperatures, even when there is a change in temperature<br />
4)Bottling and preservation of wine in order to age the bulk wine, you must make sure to stabilize it before preserving<br />
5)Always seal the bottle with cork and wax, but the seal should be air lock. Prevent the wine or the containers of wine from air. Do not leave any loop holes from where the air can pass in and out<br />
6)Lastly, keep the opus once the former batch of wine has been completely consumed, and then your wine is ready.</p>
<p>The above are just the basics. To know more, we need to go in deep. However, wine making at home differs from region to region, people to people, and climate to climate. As a beginner, you are likely to start off with 1 gallon wine’s jar. When you are done with this, you would not probably go for making another batch of wine unless you finish off with the old stock. Avoid doing this! Start in bulk, drink in gulp, and end with a burp! Make batches simultaneously. You might end up wasting and ruining a lot of wine. Be careful with this. <p>Easy Steps for Wine Making At Home<br />
1)Sterilize equipments or 1 gallon wine making container or jar methodically with warm water<br />
2)Pour all grape juice and add the whole concentrate in a container or a jar<br />
3)Take about 3 liters of cold water and add it into the jar, which contains grape juice<br />
4)Now take some amount of warm water, add sugar in it and stir thoroughly, and wait till it dissolves<br />
5)Take the sugar solution and pour all into the container<br />
6)Take the whole container and place it in a warm place. The temperature should be 21-24 degree Celsius, approximately. Else, use a heating belt or pad<br />
7)When the fermentation process is done, crush 2 tablets of Campden along with potassium sorbate<br />

9)Now, keep the wine in a cool place. The temperature should be 15 degrees Celsius<br />

As it sounds, organic wine is produced from biologically grown grapes.  The grapes that are grown organically, without sprinkles of artificial fertilizers, synthetic chemicals, pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, growth regulators, and hormones are used in the production of organic wines.<br />
However, there have been some debates regarding the organic wine and many people believe the organic wine to be sulfite-free. If we see, the sulfites are natural derivatives of the fermentation process and wine cannot be produced without sulfites.  Wines with less sulfites or free of externally added sulfites do exist.  Indeed, sulfites in winemaking are mandatory as the bacteria and some species of yeast present on the grape skins would darken the color of wine and may oxidize it, and thus sulfites help preventing the wine from oxidizing and inhibiting the growth of unwanted bacteria and yeast.<br />
Organic wine makers avoid adding sulfites and other preservatives and chemical substances in excess quantities to the wine, but winemaking process and storage conditions never differ from the other winemakers.<br />
Now, let us see the process of organic winemaking at home.</p>
<p><strong>Process of organic winemaking:</strong><br />
1.Before getting started with organic winemaking at home, make sure that you are sterilizing all equipment to be used in winemaking<br />
2.Small sized grapes derive distinctive flavor from the outer skin and hence smaller ones are generally preferred for their superior ratio of skin to juice<br />
3.Wash the grapes and separate them from stems<br />
4.Combine grapes, add them in a sufficient amount of water and boil in a kettle<br />
5.Once the above has become tender, remove it from flame, strain the juice and let the juice refrigerate for 24 hours and then strain again<br />
6.Now add sufficient sugar to the above strained grape juice and boil<br />
7.After boiling, pour the hot juice into the jars, along with some yeast and airlock the jars<br />
8.Now keep the above sealed jars in a warm place maintaining steady temperature<br />
9.Make sure that you are checking the sugar levels at different stages with hydrometer<br />
10.At the end of fermentation, you can add one to two Campden tablets and re-airlock the jar to avoid any further oxidation and spoiling the whole wine<br />
11.Now the jar filled with wine must be left in a cool place to clear and a few days later transfer the wine from the sediment.</p>
<p>Organic winemaking is done by keeping various steps in mind. Though it is not that complex, it is not easy too. You have to be more precise in carrying out the winemaking process. Always remember that even a single minor mistake can ruin your wine. So be careful in following the steps. It is always recommended to train yourself before jumping in. Ask any local winemaker for assistance or just be a spectator when someone experienced does the job.<br />
However, the basic steps will help you in carrying out the basic procedure of organic winemaking at home. Before you begin, try at least twice by giving it a rough test.</p>

Wine Making Recipe<br />
There are various types of wine making recipes available and you can choose from any number of varieties. Some of the famous and most wanted are:<br />

Wine making or vinification is the process of producing wine. The process starts from selection of various types of grapes and ends with the bottling of wine. Wine making process requires precise time and accurate ways in order to make good quality wine. Wine making or the science of wine is known as oenology (British English) or enology (American English).</p>
<p><strong>Wine making instructions &#8211; History</strong><br />
According to historical records, wine making started as early as 6000 BC. The evidence reveals that the initial wine production began in Iran and Georgia. Ancient people believed that wine possessed some spiritual powers and had some ritual significance too. Recently, researchers and scientists concluded that the wine making process started 7000 years ago and in ancient China, people drank by mixing it with Rice. However, correct dates cannot be predicted as many records show various evidences.<br />
<strong><br />
Categories of Wine making</strong><br />
Wine making is divided into two groups-<br />
i. Without carbonation (Still Wine Production) and<br />
ii. With carbonation (Sparkling Wine Production).</p>

1. At first, buy plastic vats to contain grapes<br />
2. Keep grapes in grape clusters and crush them thoroughly<br />
3. Take about fifty pounds of good ripe grapes for producing five gallons of intoxicating wine<br />
4. Then, grapes are fermented and squished<br />
5. Crush grapes with your feet, it is an age-old process that is being followed still and no technology could surpass the classic way of grape crushing.<br />
6. However, small grapes can be crushed with a potato masher or by hands<br />
7. Keep in mind the container or the vat should be less filled, just two-thirds full when all grapes are crushed<br />
8. The unwanted yeast can generate premature fermentation<br />
9. Add apposite amount of Campden tablets (potassium metabisulfite) in order to stop unwanted growth of yeast<br />
10. You&#8217;re almost done! Now, cover the vat or container with a clean piece of cloth or a clean towel and leave it for at least 24 hours (one day).</p>

<p>1. Cleaning: Soak all the materials and equipments in a solution of 1 sanitizer per gallon and keep it for about 15 minutes or more. After that, rinse methodically with warm, preferably hot water<br />
2. Temperature: Make sure that your mixture is in the clean bucket and is at appropriate temperature which is suitable for yeast development. When yeast develops, the sweet syrups turn into wine. Please note that the temperature should be between 25 degrees to 30 degrees Celsius<br />
3. Determination: Do not determine with speculation or by depending on your senses. Always remember to use an accurate thermometer to check the temperature. If the temperature rises above 30 degrees Celsius, then yeast may be perished resulting in slow and incomplete process. Similarly, if the temperature falls below 20 degrees Celsius, then there would be no fermentation or it would be very slow, which would take at least or more than 4 days<br />
4. The Four-week Procedure: Now, the last and the most important basic steps-:</p>
<p>· Day 1 to Day 5: Pour syrup and stir to dissolve. Sprinkle yeast over the syrup and wait. Seal the lid!<br />
· Day 6 to Day 19: Tap wine into a sanitized and clean carboy. Then top with cold water by attaching the air lock and make sure that it is filled with cold water<br />
· Day 20 to Day 27: Stir for 2 minutes by checking its gravity<br />
· Day 27 to Day 28 (Last Day): Wine should be clear! Check everything from the beginning by not disturbing the sediment. After this, crush 2 Campden tablets by dissolving in ½ cup of warm water. Then, add wine and stir gently by rinsing carboy. Siphon wine back into it and leave it as is in a cool and dry place for at least two days</p>
