Wine making at home is not at all difficult! If you wish to begin with the process of wine making at home, then here is all your chance. All you have to do is just follow some basic, easy steps. As a beginner, you must remember the following steps:
1)Before you start, know that it is not easy to produce wine at home in bulk for the starters. The process of wine making needs to be well established and organized.
2)To help prevent oxidation of homemade wine, wine bottle must be treated and cleaned with sulfites in the form of camden tablets copiously after the fermenting process
3)When you make beverages in bulk quantities, it gives better results. However, larger volume of wine is less susceptible to changes in temperatures, even when there is a change in temperature
4)Bottling and preservation of wine in order to age the bulk wine, you must make sure to stabilize it before preserving
5)Always seal the bottle with cork and wax, but the seal should be air lock. Prevent the wine or the containers of wine from air. Do not leave any loop holes from where the air can pass in and out
6)Lastly, keep the opus once the former batch of wine has been completely consumed, and then your wine is ready.

The above are just the basics. To know more, we need to go in deep. However, wine making at home differs from region to region, people to people, and climate to climate. As a beginner, you are likely to start off with 1 gallon wine’s jar. When you are done with this, you would not probably go for making another batch of wine unless you finish off with the old stock. Avoid doing this! Start in bulk, drink in gulp, and end with a burp! Make batches simultaneously. You might end up wasting and ruining a lot of wine. Be careful with this. As you begin, make sure that you do not ruin your wine by oxidation. Let us focus on some basic wine making steps.

Easy Steps for Wine Making At Home
1)Sterilize equipments or 1 gallon wine making container or jar methodically with warm water
2)Pour all grape juice and add the whole concentrate in a container or a jar
3)Take about 3 liters of cold water and add it into the jar, which contains grape juice
4)Now take some amount of warm water, add sugar in it and stir thoroughly, and wait till it dissolves
5)Take the sugar solution and pour all into the container
6)Take the whole container and place it in a warm place. The temperature should be 21-24 degree Celsius, approximately. Else, use a heating belt or pad
7)When the fermentation process is done, crush 2 tablets of Campden along with potassium sorbate
8.)Refill the bug and see that no air escapes. Air-lock it!
9)Now, keep the wine in a cool place. The temperature should be 15 degrees Celsius
10)Pass the wine through the filter when clearing is done and fir the cork. Now it is ready! Drink and enjoy. Wine making at home is now made easy!

What Does Organic Winemaking Mean?
As it sounds, organic wine is produced from biologically grown grapes. The grapes that are grown organically, without sprinkles of artificial fertilizers, synthetic chemicals, pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, growth regulators, and hormones are used in the production of organic wines.
However, there have been some debates regarding the organic wine and many people believe the organic wine to be sulfite-free. If we see, the sulfites are natural derivatives of the fermentation process and wine cannot be produced without sulfites. Wines with less sulfites or free of externally added sulfites do exist. Indeed, sulfites in winemaking are mandatory as the bacteria and some species of yeast present on the grape skins would darken the color of wine and may oxidize it, and thus sulfites help preventing the wine from oxidizing and inhibiting the growth of unwanted bacteria and yeast.
Organic wine makers avoid adding sulfites and other preservatives and chemical substances in excess quantities to the wine, but winemaking process and storage conditions never differ from the other winemakers.
Now, let us see the process of organic winemaking at home.

Process of organic winemaking:
1.Before getting started with organic winemaking at home, make sure that you are sterilizing all equipment to be used in winemaking
2.Small sized grapes derive distinctive flavor from the outer skin and hence smaller ones are generally preferred for their superior ratio of skin to juice
3.Wash the grapes and separate them from stems
4.Combine grapes, add them in a sufficient amount of water and boil in a kettle
5.Once the above has become tender, remove it from flame, strain the juice and let the juice refrigerate for 24 hours and then strain again
6.Now add sufficient sugar to the above strained grape juice and boil
7.After boiling, pour the hot juice into the jars, along with some yeast and airlock the jars
8.Now keep the above sealed jars in a warm place maintaining steady temperature
9.Make sure that you are checking the sugar levels at different stages with hydrometer
10.At the end of fermentation, you can add one to two Campden tablets and re-airlock the jar to avoid any further oxidation and spoiling the whole wine
11.Now the jar filled with wine must be left in a cool place to clear and a few days later transfer the wine from the sediment.

Organic winemaking is done by keeping various steps in mind. Though it is not that complex, it is not easy too. You have to be more precise in carrying out the winemaking process. Always remember that even a single minor mistake can ruin your wine. So be careful in following the steps. It is always recommended to train yourself before jumping in. Ask any local winemaker for assistance or just be a spectator when someone experienced does the job.
However, the basic steps will help you in carrying out the basic procedure of organic winemaking at home. Before you begin, try at least twice by giving it a rough test.

White wine making process started centuries ago. It is an age-old process and the most important. People consume wine since several centuries. Today, it is a dominating business worldwide. White wine making is one of the varieties of many types of wine making.

White Wine Making
White wine is just a term! If you observe, then the actual white wine is not at all white, but it is yellow in color. However, people throughout world accept the color as white and not yellow. The process of white wine making or vinification of white wine is more complex and time consuming than the vinification of red wine.

The following are the two major methods involved in the process of white wine making
1)Usage of white grapes: Before you begin the process of white wine making, make sure that you select a bunch of white grapes. White grapes are not white, they just appear to be white. In fact, the white grapes, as we know, are yellowish in color or greenish yellow, pinkish yellow, or even golden yellow. White wine is the result of fermentation of white grapes’ juice or their extracts.
2)The second method is kind of composite. The extracts are from red grapes, but if care is not taken, then there are great chances of your wine not becoming white. However, this usually happens when care is taken and certain measures are observed. The Basic and Easy Procedure of

White Wine Making
1)Harvest Time: During this time, the grapes are plucked when they are ripe, and selected for wine making
2)Crushing Through Stemmer: Grapes should go under this stemmer crusher in order to get crushed. This procedure eliminates stems from bunches. After this, grapes are crushed and are exposed to yeast for fermenting process
3)Time Period: Grapes are crushed and are stored in the form of juice in a large container. More grapes are added and the juice is settled down in various large containers in the cellar or in basement, depending on the maker’s decision. The time is very important as the juice should be kept for long in order to make juice into a wine. This happens only when yeast covers the gamut of juice
4)Squeezing: Press, squeeze the grapes and juice will come out of the pomace. When you do this, always remember that you should not press or squeeze hard because when you do, the essence will be lost and you will get a tasteless wine. To get a true wine and the most quality wine, you must press gently and allow the juice to mix
5)Fermentation: First, the yeast turns sugar present in grapes into wine. Before turning it into wine, it turns into carbon dioxide

After fermentation, the following procedure takes place:
- Pumping
- Wine Settlement
- Oak Aging
- Racking
- Malo-Lactic Fermentation
- Fining and Filtering
- Bottling

The process of white wine making is overall interesting and exciting. White wine can be of the following tastes:
1)Dry
2)Very dry
3)Madeirized
4)Syrupy
5)Mellow
6)Sparkling
7)Petillant

You can drink white wine any time- before or after meals, or with no meals at all. Here we just discussed white wine making procedure. Enjoy drinking, cheers!

Wine making process started centuries ago when man started cultivating grapes and started maintaining vine yards. Wine making recipe, in ancient world, was somewhat different compared to today’s process. In ancient time, people did not have any refined instruments or any sophisticated utensils.
The wine making process is known as vinification. On the other hand, the wine maker is known as vinter. Wine makers can also be referred to as enologists or oenologists as they study enology or oenology, the study of wine.

Here, we will see the process of wine making recipe.
Wine Making Recipe
There are various types of wine making recipes available and you can choose from any number of varieties. Some of the famous and most wanted are:
1) Almond Wine
2) Apple Wine
3) Apricot Wine
4) Blackberry Wine
5) Cherry Wine
6) Gooseberry Wine
7) Greengage Wine
8.) Mead Wine
9) Passion Fruit Wine
10) Pear Juice Wine

Now, all you need to do is to follow some simple, basic steps and make delectable wine right at your home. Let us see how Almond wine is made.
- Almond Wine Making Recipe
- Take 2 oz. assorted almonds (sweet and bitter, mixed)
- 1 lb. raisins
- Up to 3 lb sugar (preferably granulated)
- Water (1 gallon)
- Nutrient and yeast
- At least 3 lemons.

Procedure of Almond Wine Making Recipe
1)Chop the almonds and raisins, mix them together and mince
2) After this, boil them in 1 gallon of water, along with lemon zest in grain-bag for at least an hour
3) Add granulated sugar and stir, make sure it gets dissolved, then mix gently
4) After you are done with boiling, keep the whole stuff for cooling at 70 degrees approximately
5) Take the grain-bag, remove it and squeeze in order to extract the juice (liquor)
6) Gather liquor into a primary fermented container
7) Now, add water to reinstate 1 gallon
8.) Time to add nutrient, lemon juice, and yeast
9) Cover the whole portion and blend twice a day for about 10 days
10) Remove whole extract from the container and airlock it in a fermenting bottle
11) Important- Make sure that the air does not pass
12) Support it for first 30 days, and then again 6 weeks later
13) Shelf it in an airtight bottle for 1 year
14) Remove it and taste after a year.

Note: It is a known fact that when you keep a wine for more than a year, it tastes much better. It is an age-old fact that old wine gives much intoxicating affect than the recent ones. The yeast present in wine keeps getting stronger and stronger as time passes by and this is the reason why old wine is more intoxicating and tasty.

It is also very important to note that the superiority and eminence of wine should not fade. Maintain the fineness of wine by taking certain important measures while bottling it. If you wish to know more about wine making recipes, you can consult any of the wine makers in your locality.

Wine making instructions is something I would like to discuss in this article. The art of wine making is also known as vinification. Wine making or vinification is the process of producing wine. The process starts from selection of various types of grapes and ends with the bottling of wine. Wine making process requires precise time and accurate ways in order to make good quality wine. Wine making or the science of wine is known as oenology (British English) or enology (American English).

Wine making instructions – History
According to historical records, wine making started as early as 6000 BC. The evidence reveals that the initial wine production began in Iran and Georgia. Ancient people believed that wine possessed some spiritual powers and had some ritual significance too. Recently, researchers and scientists concluded that the wine making process started 7000 years ago and in ancient China, people drank by mixing it with Rice. However, correct dates cannot be predicted as many records show various evidences.

Categories of Wine making
Wine making is divided into two groups-
i. Without carbonation (Still Wine Production) and
ii. With carbonation (Sparkling Wine Production).

Easy Ways of Wine making Process
It takes a lot of effort and skills, as it is a science and an art. The following are some of the easy ways:
1. At first, buy plastic vats to contain grapes
2. Keep grapes in grape clusters and crush them thoroughly
3. Take about fifty pounds of good ripe grapes for producing five gallons of intoxicating wine
4. Then, grapes are fermented and squished
5. Crush grapes with your feet, it is an age-old process that is being followed still and no technology could surpass the classic way of grape crushing.
6. However, small grapes can be crushed with a potato masher or by hands
7. Keep in mind the container or the vat should be less filled, just two-thirds full when all grapes are crushed
8. The unwanted yeast can generate premature fermentation
9. Add apposite amount of Campden tablets (potassium metabisulfite) in order to stop unwanted growth of yeast
10. You’re almost done! Now, cover the vat or container with a clean piece of cloth or a clean towel and leave it for at least 24 hours (one day).

Wine making Instructions Outline
In wine making, sanitation plays a crucial role and it is very important in order to make a high-quality wine. When sanitation is not done properly, then there are great chances of your wine getting spoiled. It is not possible to sterilize in home environment as the process of wine making requires suitable equipments to keep the bacteria to minimum. Bacteria are likely to attack, so keep them away by taking certain useful measurements.
Secondly, allow yeast to grow rapidly in order to make conditions unfavorable for the growth of bacteria. Make sure that everything is clean and sanitized before you start up with the process of wine making.

1. Cleaning: Soak all the materials and equipments in a solution of 1 sanitizer per gallon and keep it for about 15 minutes or more. After that, rinse methodically with warm, preferably hot water
2. Temperature: Make sure that your mixture is in the clean bucket and is at appropriate temperature which is suitable for yeast development. When yeast develops, the sweet syrups turn into wine. Please note that the temperature should be between 25 degrees to 30 degrees Celsius
3. Determination: Do not determine with speculation or by depending on your senses. Always remember to use an accurate thermometer to check the temperature. If the temperature rises above 30 degrees Celsius, then yeast may be perished resulting in slow and incomplete process. Similarly, if the temperature falls below 20 degrees Celsius, then there would be no fermentation or it would be very slow, which would take at least or more than 4 days
4. The Four-week Procedure: Now, the last and the most important basic steps-:

· Day 1 to Day 5: Pour syrup and stir to dissolve. Sprinkle yeast over the syrup and wait. Seal the lid!
· Day 6 to Day 19: Tap wine into a sanitized and clean carboy. Then top with cold water by attaching the air lock and make sure that it is filled with cold water
· Day 20 to Day 27: Stir for 2 minutes by checking its gravity
· Day 27 to Day 28 (Last Day): Wine should be clear! Check everything from the beginning by not disturbing the sediment. After this, crush 2 Campden tablets by dissolving in ½ cup of warm water. Then, add wine and stir gently by rinsing carboy. Siphon wine back into it and leave it as is in a cool and dry place for at least two days

The process is done, and enjoy your wine now! Always remember to follow the wine making instructions in order to enjoy your delicious, intoxicating wine.
